White ash kiln bag dust collector has strong ash removal ability, low equipment resistance, small footprint, low energy consumption, less maintenance workload and so on. It has been widely used in industrial lime kiln flue gas purification, workplace dust control, material transportation and recovery and other places. The dust-containing gas reaches the lower part of the box body by the air inlet pipe and enters the dust hopper. There is no air baffle in the box body, so that the air flow is evenly distributed through the filter bag. After the dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the upper box.
White ash kiln bag dust collector is also called vertical kiln water dust collector, it is mainly composed of dust removal tower, gray water separator, spray system, fan induction system, etc., through the pipeline practice into a continuous dust removal, gray water separation, dust recovery and water recycling complete operation system. Working principle of cloth bag dust collector of white ash kiln
Under the jet induction, the exhaust gas from two chimneys of the shaft kiln enters the dust removal tower tangentially and forms a whirlwind respectively. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, no part of the dust is thrown to the cylinder wall and captured by the water film, thus completing a dust removal. When the air flow continues to rise, the secondary dust removal is completed by spraying and spraying washing. The removed gray water mixture flows into the gray water separator for separation, the precipitated mud is scraped by the trigger to the biaxial mixer for re-forming into balls, and the clean water overflows from the upper tank for recycling.
Sub structure of white ash kiln cloth bag dust collector:
1. Air intake system
The air intake system includes the air inlet, the inlet economizer, the wind screen, the air guide plate, the distribution screen and so on. The dust-containing air flow enters each bag room through the conveying pipe. The wind speed is reduced, and most of the dust directly falls into the dust hopper, which reduces the load of the filter bag. The uncollected dust and flue gas enter the bag room through the distribution screen through the air deflector and fill the whole space. The wind screen and distribution screen ensure that the dust-bearing air flow and the ash air flow move along the direction of the filter bag. If the owner requires the equipment to be manufactured for in-line ash removal, the direction of movement of the airflow can greatly reduce the secondary fly ash during ash removal.
2. Ash filter system
Including a filter bag, bag cage, flower board, etc., each filter bag is set on a bag cage, the purpose is to prevent the cloth bag is compressed, flower board is used to support the filter bag assembly and separate bag chamber and air chamber, and as a dust collector and ash system component maintenance platform.
3. Ash removal system
Including a clean gas pipe, compressed air pipe, pulse valve, lifting valve, venti pipe, etc., the clean gas pipe is arranged in parallel in the top of the pre-assembled air chamber, each pipe is provided with a number of small air nozzle, the small air nozzle one by one corresponds to each filter bag venti pipe.
The net gas pipe is connected with the external compressed air pipe, the beginning end of the pipe is inserted into the clamp slot, the end is welded with the support Angle steel, and the pipe is positioned with the clamp.
A compressed air pipeline is installed on the top of the dust collector, and the pipeline is connected with the net gas pipe. The compressed air is controlled by the pulse valve, which is connected with the solenoid valve. The operation of the whole cleaning system is controlled by the control system of the dust collector.
Sensors detecting the differential pressure at both ends of the dust collector are fixed at the outlet and inlet of the gas pipe, and the dust removal period of the dust collector is controlled according to the differential pressure signal detected by the differential pressure gauge.
4. Exhaust system
It consists of a dust collector purification gas discharge system consisting of an outlet valve and an exhaust pipe.
5. Ash discharge system
Including the dust hopper on the air gun or vibration device, electric heater, manual gate valve, lock valve (double valve plate valve or rigid impeller feeder), screw machine or chain conveyor or bin pump.
6. Gas path system
Including gas storage tank, compressed air pipeline, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, gas source triplet, etc.
7. Protect the system
Including bypass system, filter bag leak detection device, filter bag dusting device and online monitoring, etc.
