Four, the use of permanent magnet crane:
1. When lifting, the surface of the workpiece to be lifted should be cleaned, such as rust and bumps should be cleaned. The center line of the permanent magnet lift is best coincides with the center of gravity line of the workpiece, and then the lift is placed on the working plane, and the handle is rotated from the position of "-" to the direction of "+" to the limit pin. Check whether the security diagonal block of the handle is automatically locked, and then lift.
2. When lifting the workpiece, it is strictly prohibited to overload, and the human body is forbidden to pass under the workpiece. The temperature of the lifting workpiece and the ambient temperature are not greater than 80 degrees, without violent vibration and impact.
3. When lifting cylindrical workpiece, the connection Angle of B-shaped groove and workpiece should be kept in contact with two straight lines, so its lifting force is only 30%-49.99% of the rated lifting force.
4. After lifting, press the handle button inward to make the security key on the handle detached from the security pin. Rotate handle from "+" to "-" to limit pin. Make the jack-up in the closed state, and disconnect the work piece from the jack-up.
