DEM/DEL quantitative feeder is a new generation product produced by our company with the introduction of German Schenk technology. It has the characteristics of high measurement and control precision and stable performance. And the optimized design makes it meet the use of bad working conditions, according to the specific situation using the corresponding structure and hopper type, economically solve many problems in the feeding. Widely used in building materials, metallurgy, iron and steel, iron and steel, chemical, coal, ceramics and other industries of granular material quantitative transportation.
Scale composition:
DEM/DEL variable frequency speed regulating quantitative feeder, mainly composed of tape feeder and weighing device.
(1) Frequency conversion speed regulating quantitative feeder: conveyor support, no interface ring skirt belt, frequency conversion speed regulating motor, frequency converter, etc.
(2) Electronic weighing device: including industrial microcomputer, speed sensor, high precision sensor.

● Inside and outside of the belt scraper to avoid belt adhesive material and tare weight change.
● Without assistance, convenient belt replacement, simplified maintenance.
● The main and slave roller adopts automatic self-aligning bearing, which is very convenient for installation and adjustment.
● The actual feeding accuracy of all kinds of bulk material is better than ±0.5% set feeding rate.
● Feeding rate is about 50kg/h-2000t/h.

● The center of the roller is 1000mm -8000 mm, using the plug-in system, the size can be customized according to user requirements.
