Weifang Yuansheng introduces five debugging methods of electromagnetic iron remover before starting:
1. Before starting, check whether the indicated oil level is at the upper limit of the oil mark. And send power to each switch in turn, and start the excitation circuit, check the fan airflow outward, flow meter indication is correct. Otherwise, the fan, pump electrical wiring should be adjusted.
2. If the effect of removing iron is not good, adjust the lifting height or the distance between the iron remover and the drum of the machine head.
3, often observe the voltmeter, ammeter reading is normal, shall not exceed the rated value.
4, check the electrical insulation performance of the coil and the motor, and the power test can be run after reaching the requirements.
5. Before the operation of the electromagnetic iron remover, the megohmmeter should be used to measure the insulation resistance of the winding to the magnetic body shell. The value should be no more than 10M ω.
